Buick Human Highlight Reel

Buick loves to reach out to consumers and give back to the community. One of the most popular ways that they do this is through the Human Highlight Reel, a concept that grew from a fairly simple idea. The idea was this: find inspiring people and events, invite these people to create videos about them and then share these videos with the entire world. They call it the Human Highlight Reel and since its inception thousands of inspiring stories have flooded into Buick.

Buick has high hopes for their reel. It is not just about honoring these people or making sure that their stories are known. The Human Highlight Reel is about getting the community involved and raising awareness of incredible causes that may otherwise go unnoticed. This gets more people in on ways that they can help others and get inspired by what others are doing to change the world around them.

One of the most recent additions to Buick’s Human Highlight Reel is the story of Coach Kill, a popular football coach who went through his own battle with kidney cancer and then turned his experience into a cause aimed at benefitting others coping with the difficulties that such battles can bring. Coach Kill’s Cancer Fun hopes to help those facing the tremendous financial burden of cancer and other serious diseases handle the medical bills, lodging expenses and travel costs they will deal with throughout the course of the disease.
