This year, one of our team leaders here at Jessup Auto Plaza was recognized in the Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce’s 2012 Orion Awards.  Andy Jessup Jr. the grandson of the first Jessup Auto Plaza founder, Woody Dutton, was honored to serve both as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2012 Orion Awards.  And during the award ceremony at the event, he was the recipient of a Man of the Year Award.  It’s a celebration that we’re pleased to share a part in.  Visit our Palm Springs Chevrolet, Buick, GMC & Cadillac dealer, located right in Cathedral City.

For over 72 years, three generations have kept the Jessup Auto Plaza dealership alive and strong.  The Jessup family and team has worked mutually to reach many goals.  Andy Jessup, Jr., is the grandson of the company founder, and the General Manager at Jessup today.  He was honored this year to preside as chairman over the 2012 Orion Awards Special Edition, sponsored by the Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce.  Not only that, but Andy was given the “Man of the Year” award during the awards, presented to him by Abe Razick, the local Palm Springs Nissan Cathedral City representative sponsor.  It’s not the first time the Orion Awards have picked up on the outstanding customer service, leadership and business Jessup Auto Plaza has brought to the industry.  Back in 2003, Jessup Auto Plaza was named Business of the Year by the Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce at the ORION awards.
