Among the First to Own A 2012 Chevrolet Sonic: Meet 25-Year-Old Ashley Johnson

December 17, 2011

Starting at just under $15,000 for a brand new model, the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic is a very affordable car with amazing features for the price.  Just launched for 2012, the first buyers were able to acquire a brand new Sonic no sooner than this October.  And one of the first buyers of the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic was a 25-year old desk clerk, student, and mother.  It’s her first new car, and she traded in a 2003 Honda Civic to get it.  Interested in owning your own brand new, affordable, and local Palm Springs Chevrolet?  Visit Jessup Auto Plaza in Cathedral City today, where price specials are the weekly feature.

Ashley Johnson is a very average American.  She’s 25, a full-time college student with a 4-month old daughter and a boyfriend, and works as an office clerk.  She juggles a lot of things is an average week.  She was first attracted to the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic when she saw how affordable it was at her local dealer.  She’s in the process of buying her first home, and affordability was what she was looking for in a vehicle. Ashley told GM Media, who interviewed her, that she wasn’t especially looking for a new car—but just couldn’t pass up the deal on the Chevy Sonic.  Her favorite features?  That would have to be the keyless entry, which makes it a lot easier to carry her daughter (and everything else on the other arm) into the car.  Trunk space, fuel economy at 25 mpg on the city and 35 mpg on the highway, and the innovative, sleek style were the runner-up features in Ashley’s top picks.

Buyers of the Chevrolet Sonic are just like you—they’re the average American in the middle of school, work and a family.  Head over to your Palm Springs Chevrolet dealer, Jessup Auto Plaza in Cathedral City, and find out what affordable deal we can give you.
