Jessup Auto Plaza Customer Feedback: Letter of the Week

Here’s an email we received last week that really touched us all in the office and out on the floor. Letters like this of course are reinforcement that our business is, and continues to be, on the right track that it has been on for three generations now. But on an even more basic level, it’s really nice to know that our efforts to cultivate helpfulness and sincerity as part of our business practice really do make it to our customers, and is able to make a difference in their lives.

 

Thanks again for helping my son, Matthew, a Marine from the base in 29 Palms.

Sherry had someone go get his vehicle, gave him a rental and fixed his car all in one week.

We so appreciate the help you and Sherry gave our family. We talked to several dealerships and towing companies……..we were told $300….this is money we didn’t have to send him and he does not have….

I wanted to show our appreciation all the way from Texas….thanks for having such a big heart…..that is probably why you have such a successful business.
