Jessup Auto Plaza Review: Customer Letter of the Day

Jessup Auto Plaza serves many customers each day, from sales to service. The experience of helping them with what they need is gratifying enough, but when we get a letter about it afterward, it’s especially heartening that we’re able to really give customers what they’re looking for. Here’s a letter we just got from Frank from Yucca Valley:

Dear Mr. Jessup:
I found myself stranded with my XLR. The day was hot and unbelievably stressful for me. I contacted Ryan Cohee. Mr. Cohee is consistently unmatched in his management of my Cadillac service.

I had the pleasure of receiving a service call from Robert Johns. My experience with Mr. Johns was perfect. He is personable, organized and efficient. He made me comfortable while providing skilled customer service. I believe he is a valuable asset to your company. His style and demeanor are a recipe for success.
