Our very own Dan Jessup!

Our very own Dan Jessup!

July will be Dan Jessup’s first full month as new board President of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce! It’s been official since the 2010 Installation and Awards Gala on June 9, where Dan was passed the baton and made a great speech (if we do say so) to the many members present at the Hyatt that day. (Included here are a couple pictures from the event. You can see more photos in the July issue of the Chamber Newsletter or at Lani Garfield’s official photo site.)

In that speech, Dan focused on a “new era” for the Chamber, one with an even greater exploration of community and cooperation, between businesses, the city, and the community. For those of you who’ve been Jessup customers for even a little while, that community emphasis won’t be surprising. Jessup Auto Plaza has always been a very community-oriented business, since Dan’s grandfather started the business more than 70 years ago.

The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce does a lot of great behind the scenes (and visible) work to connect the greater Palm Springs area. We’ve got a lot of amazing business resources, and just amazing people, around here. We’re proud of Dan and the hard work he’s put into Cathedral City and surrounding communities, both as the new President of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, and as General Sales Manager here at Jessup Auto Plaza.

We’d love to answer any questions you may have. Please call us at 800-900-KARS or email: View our entire Jessup Auto Plaza inventory.
