To the Jessup Family,

I have had the privilege of dealing with the Jessup Family for more than 25 years. During that time, I have developed a business-like relationship with outstanding employees such as Gordy & Joan (office). As a result, I have purchased three Cadillac Sedan DeVille’s from your dealership.

In recent years, I have worked frequently with one of your Service Consultants, Rick Corbin. Hopefully, you are well aware of all of Rick’s excellent qualities. He greets everyone like they are the most important client your dealership has—he is attentive, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, caring and comes across as having only one goal: to repair every automobile to the customer’s complete satisfaction.

Rick is very good at keeping his customer totally informed, explaining why each repair is needed and the approximate costs involved. He does not use pressure to “sell” repairs; instead, he patiently discusses the repair and let’s the client make the decision.

I am certain you know how important the personal contact is to the success of your overall dealership. Rick Corbin should be very high up on your list of VALUABLE EMPLOYEES.

I thought you would like to hear this from an “impartial” long-standing customer.
