Chevy’s First Mini Soon Hits Europe

December 18, 2009

Fuel efficient cars are a hot topic in the auto industry, and Chevy has been a driving force (no pun intended) in making fuel economy accessible to today’s drivers. But that’s not all that matters.

The upcoming Chevrolet Spark, which will be available in European showrooms next spring and is slated to come to America in 2011, is Chevy’s first Mini-Car, and is already garnering much attention.

The future is soon: The Chevy Spark

Boasting a fresh, clean design, a comfortable interior (it seats five and has four doors for easy entry and exit), and great fuel economy, the Spark is already expected to be a hit.

But you needn’t wait till 2011 (or move to Europe next month) to take advantage of some innovative, fuel efficient Chevy cars right now. In fact, Chevrolet has eight current models that exceed 30 miles to the gallon.

Leading the pack is the Cobalt XFE Coupe. With an EPA estimate of 25 miles per gallon in the city and a whopping 37 miles per gallon on the highway, the Cobalt XFE Coupe is just one member of the fuel-friendly Cobalt family.

The 2010 Cobalt also has a starting MSRP of just $14,990, making it affordable not just at the pump, but right on our lot as well. To check out the 2010 Cobalt or any of the other fuel-efficient Chevrolet vehicles we have in stock, stop by our Cathedral City Chevrolet dealership.
