New Chevy Vehicles Lead Strong GM Sales

November 12, 2009

With October sales figures in and calculated, national results confirm what we’ve seen first hand as a Coachella Valley GM dealership: people are loving what GM has to offer. Overall, GM saw a 13 percent rise from the month before, and a 5 percent rise over the same month last year. Chevrolet had the biggest increase of all, 31 percent, driven largely by Chevy’s new fuel efficient vehicles. Even more exciting, it wasn’t just Chevrolet alone that people responded to: of the four core GM brands (Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, and Buick), all four increased.

Let’s look at the new Chevy vehicles that brought people so enthusiastically to our Cathedral City GM dealership and other dealers nationwide:

  • The 2010 Chevy Malibu, more stylish than ever and praised for its performance and interior comfort, also happens to pull in 33 mpg.
  • The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro continues to provide an awesome blend of power and performance, yet maintains an affordable spots car, which people like.
  • The 2010 Chevy Corvette, one of the most iconic luxury sports cars on the market, lives up to its reputation with massive V-8 power and impeccable styling.

These are just a few of the vehicles that set Chevrolet apart from the rest, including luxury and power where they’re wanted, and eight models that deliver more than 30 mpg.

Come take one for a spin at our Cathedral City GM dealership. From La Quinta to Palm Springs, Palm Desert to Indio, Hemet to Calimesa, and Banning/Beaumont to Yucaipa (and everywhere in between), we’re happy to serve you however we can.
